How This Website Works
Here is how this website works: who publishes it, what it does and does not do, and how it pays for free news and data.
What we are
Electrical Contractors and Wiring is an independent publication for electrical contractors and electricians. We publish news, guides and data, and the The Electrical and Wiring Newsletter.
What we are not
We are not an electrical contractor. We do not perform, inspect or warrant electrical work, and we do not send electricians to homes.
How we make money
The newsletter carries one labeled sponsored slot per issue. Some articles may include labeled paid placements, mostly for tools and software. A future directory of electricians will offer featured listings, always labeled Sponsored. None of this changes what our guides report.
Your data
When you subscribe or send a form, we store what you send so we can reply or deliver the newsletter. We do not sell it. Read the privacy policy
